Once you've completed your personal profile, you will want to complete your company profile.

  1. In the main navigation bar (navbar), click on Overview and you'll see:

As you can see, on the Company Profile page we have 4 tabs and 3 buttons.

The tabs are:

  • General Information
  • Licenses and Insurances
  • Company Bio
  • Privacy

And:

  • Complete Profile Summary
  • Email Company Profile
  • Change Ownership

We'll look at these in turn.


General Information

Start with your General Information and, as you can see, your company name is listed as you added on the registration page (this is not editable).

  1. Now you can add your remaining company information:
  • ABN/ACN
  • Company email - add your company email, such as info@yourcompanyname.com, admin@, etc.
  • Company logo (the recommended size is 280 x 280 pixels)
  • Company address including city, state/province/region, Zip/postal code, and Country.
  • Phone number
  • Time zone - select from the drop-down list.

  1. These are self-explanatory and, once added, click on the Save button to save your information/changes. 
  2. The screen will refresh and your company profile will display.

This is the minimum information you need to add to your company profile, but we do recommend completing the information on the other tabs as soon as you are able to as this will benefit you in the long run.

Licenses and Insurances

  1. Click on the Licenses and Insurances tab and you'll see:

  1. Click on the Add button and the Add Insurance and License dialog will display:

  1. Enter the name of the insurance/license
  2. Select the Expiry Date from the dropdown list
  3. Once you've uploaded the relevant documents, you will be able to select the Choose from already uploaded file checkbox, but as this is the first time you will have added an insurance/license, click on the Choose File button and then upload the front image of your document (Copy Front).
  4. Then do the same for the Copy Back.
  5. Add any relevant comments or notes in the Notes box.
  6. By default, this license is active, but if you don't want it to appear in the licenses and qualifications grid once saved, then deselect this option.
  7. As always, double-check everything's correct and then click on Save. The dialog box will close and when the screen refreshes, you'll see this has been added to the grid:

  1. Repeat the above to add more licenses and insurances.

Edit License/Insurance

  1. Identify the record you wish to edit and, in the Action column, click on the Edit button. The screen will refresh and you will see:

Now you can edit all aspects of the license including uploading new/replacement images.

  1. Click on the Save button to save your changes and return to the main tab.

Delete License/Insurance

To delete a license/qualification:

  1. Identify the record you wish to edit and, in the Action column, click on the Delete button. The popup will display asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the record:

  1. Click on Yes and the popup will close, the screen will refresh, and your license/insurance will be removed/deleted from the grid.

Company Bio

Next you can add your Company Bio information.

  1. Click on the Company Bio tab and you'll see: 

  1. Add your Trade, General Scope of Services, About Us information, and number of employees.
  2. Then select any held certifications.
  3. Finally, if you're ready to start a new project, you can enter the Project Name and Client's name. Click on the + button to add more project names and Clients.
  4. When you've completed your bio, click on the Save button.

Privacy

Click on the Privacy tab and you'll see:

  1. There are only 2 toggle options:
  • Login Access
  • Insurance Access
  1. Select/deselect your required options and then click on Save.

Company Profile Summary

  1. Click on the Company Profile Summary button to view a summary of your company profile information:

Below is an example of my demo company Tubular Balls: 

  1. Click on the Print button if you want a hard copy of this information.

Email Company Profile

To email your company profile:

  1. Click on the Email Company Profile button:

  1. Complete the form as shown (a better subject line would be <Your Company Name> Summary Profile):

  1. To add recipients, click on the + button and then click on Send when done:

The screen will refresh and you will see the confirmation that your profile has been sent.

Change Ownership

❗️ Changing ownership is IRREVERSIBLE. It CANNOT be undone

 

The person to whom you will change ownership must be an existing company employee or contractor.

  1. To change ownership, click on the Change Ownership button:

  1. Select the new owner from the drop-down list and then click on the Change Owner button:

  1. Click on the confirmation button and the new selected user will be the new owner.
