If you encounter something amiss with the software...
If you are unfortunate enough to discover a bug in the software then we'd appreciate you contacting our support desk to report it and to provide as much information as you can. That way, we can try and replicate it and fix it without delay.
Web app
- Within the Cassa.io website click on the message icon to go to your Inbox and then click on the Send us a message button:
- Add your message and any attachments (you can either click on the link button and insert the link to the attachment or you can click on the Choose file button and select the file from your computer) and then click on Send.
