We have a full suite of video training products in the CASSA Academy. These are designed to help you get up to speed with CASSA as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How to Access the Training

You will have received an email with your login details after you first signed up for CASSA (subject line 'Welcome to The Academy'), so see if you can locate that.

If you still have the email, click on the Login button and follow the instructions.

Forgotten Your Login Details?

If you don't have your login details then you will need to perform a password reset:

1. Go to the CASSA Academy login page at https://cassa.app.clientclub.net/ and click on the Forgot Password link:

1. The Reset Password form will display:

1. Add the email address you registered with, and click on the Reset Password button.

2. You'll then receive an email with the required instructions. Follow those instructions and you'll then be able to login and access your courses.
