How to cancel your CASSA account
If you no longer require your CASSA/SWMSY account, here's what you need to do.

We're sorry to see you go, but we want to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your CASSA subscription or SWMSY account.
Cancellation Process
Click the chat widget in the bottom right corner of your screen
Let our support team know you'd like to cancel your subscription
That's it! We'll process your cancellation right away (this typically takes 3-5 business days).
What Happens Next
For CASSA Subscriptions:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You'll continue to have full access to all features during this time
No further charges will be made to your account
You won't receive any renewal invoices
For SWMSY Users:
Any generated SWMS documents remain yours to keep (downloaded as a pdf)
Unused SWMS credits will be forfeited upon cancellation
If you have a subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period
One-time purchase credits are not refundable outside the 30-day refund period.
Your Data
After your subscription ends:
You'll have 60 days to download your data
During this period, you can still log in to export your information
We recommend downloading all important documents, reports, and records
After 60 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Important Information
Cancellation does not affect any transactions processed before the cancellation date
All generated documents, reports, SWMS, and certifications remain valid and yours to keep
We retain certain data as required by law (as outlined in our Privacy Policy)
You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again
For SWMSY users, any previously generated SWMS remain accessible and valid for future use
Data Protection
In accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs):
Your data remains protected during the 60-day retention period
We maintain security measures to protect your information until final deletion
You have the right to request expedited deletion of your data
We comply with all relevant Australian data protection laws and regulations
