4.2. SWMS Limited Package Terms

4.2.1. SWMS Limited packages ("SWMS $1", "SWMS Buy 1 Get 1 Free", and "SWMS Buy 10 Get 1 Free") are offered as one-time introductory packages to demonstrate the SWMSY.ai system capabilities.

4.2.2. Users are permitted to purchase only one (1) SWMS Limited package during their lifetime as a CASSA user. This restriction applies across all account types and company affiliations.

4.2.3. Any attempt to purchase a second SWMS Limited package will constitute a violation of these Terms.

4.2.4. A third attempt to purchase a SWMS Limited package will result in:

  • Account suspension if you do not upgrade to the full CASSA system within 24 hours
    Account deactivation if the upgrade is not completed within the specified timeframe

4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1. Access to our Service requires a paid subscription.

5.2. You agree to:

10.1. Service Description

Chat AI is an artificial intelligence-powered assistant designed to provide guidance on construction safety, compliance, SWMS creation and review, and general construction-related information

Chat AI is a supplementary tool and should not be relied upon as a replacement for professional advice, legal counsel, or emergency response

10.2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and use the feature for legitimate business purposes
  • Verify important information through appropriate channels
  • Exercise professional judgment in implementing any suggestions
  • Do not use Chat AI to generate harmful content, circumvent safety regulations, create false documentation, or violate any laws

10.3. Data Usage and Content

  • Conversations may be recorded for service improvement
  • Generated content requires review and verification
  • You are responsible for customizing content to your specific needs
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

10.4. Limitations

  • Chat AI may not have current regulatory information
  • Cannot provide emergency assistance
  • Does not replace human judgment
  • May not understand complex or nuanced situations

10.5. Fair Usage

  • We may limit the number of daily interactions
  • Automated or systematic querying is prohibited
  • Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions
