To begin, click to select the checkbox in the left-hand column of the registers you wish to delete.

Next, click on the Delete selected action button. A confirmation dialog will appear.

If you decide not to proceed with the deletion, click on Cancel. However, if you wish to delete the selected entries, click on OK.

For demonstration purposes, I will delete the first entry by clicking on OK.

Once the deletion is complete, you will see that all items have been deleted. The screen will refresh and the grid will update accordingly.
By following these steps, you can successfully delete one or more register entries from your system.
