This video and article walks you through deleting a Non-Conformance Register item:

  1. First, click on the All tab to view all your register items.

  1. Identify the register item that you wish to delete:

  1. Click on the Delete button and a confirmation warning will appear to ensure that you are aware of the action (and didn't accidentally click on the wrong button):

  1. This warning informs you that if you proceed with the deletion, all associated files, actions, and history will be deleted. If you decide not to delete these records, click Cancel. To confirm the deletion, click on OK.

  1. Once confirmed, the register item will be deleted and, when the screen refreshes, you'll see a notification indicating that the deletion was successful.

  1. When the screen refreshes, the register item will no longer appear in the main grid:
