First, click on the Pending tab, and then identify the item you wish to edit.
In the Action column, you'll see four buttons: Close out, View, Edit, and Delete. Click on the Edit button.
The register item will open for editing, where you can modify all register item details as needed.
In this example, I'm just going to change the status from internally to externally by clicking on the dropdown. If necessary, continue to make any other changes and, once done, click on the Update button.
Once saved, click on the All tab to verify your changes.
