As an employee, once logged in, try to complete your profile as a priority.

For employees, your personal profile is the same as your employee profile, which you should already have done. (If not, go here: your personal profile.)
Note: your employer only has access to the job-relevant aspects of your profile, not all of it. Refer to Privacy Settings.
