As an employee, once logged in, it's important you prioritise completing your profile.

For employees, your personal profile is the same as your employee profile, which you should already have done. (If not, go here: your personal profile.)

Note: your employer only has access to the job-relevant aspects of your profile, not all of it. You can customise what's visible and what's not.
