The My Variations page (1) allows you to track variation requests linked to your projects. You can review submitted variations, monitor approval status, and create new variation entries when required.

1. Open My Variations by selecting My Variations (1) from the left-hand menu.
2. Review variation records in the variations register (2), including details such as the Variation Order (VO) number, project name, description, attachments, cost totals, GST amounts, and current status.
Note: The records shown will depend on your assigned projects, permissions, and submitted variation requests.
3. Add a new variation by selecting Add New (3).

Search for a specific report using the search field
Export report records using CSV, Excel, or Print options where required.
