From the main grid, click on the Add New Item action button. This will take you to the SDS and Chemical Register form.

For your attachment, click on the Choose File button. You may select a default image for your register item classified as hazardous.

Next, fill in the form by providing the following information: Product Name, which in this case is Epoxy Floor Coating Part A, classified as hazardous. Also, enter the Date as 15th 2nd 2024, the Approximate Quantity as 25 liters, and the Manufacturer as Surface Shield Paints.

If you wish to assign a responsible person, ensure the checkbox is selected, and then choose from the responsible persons available. If you do not wish to assign one, simply deselect the checkbox.

If you have multiple companies, you can select from the drop-down list. In this example, I will leave it at Casa Demo and assign myself as the responsible person.

If you wish to add additional responsible persons, click on the Add button and then select from the available options in the drop-down list.

Once your form is complete, click on the Save button. You will see a message indicating that the Form submitted successfully.

Once the screen refreshes, your recently added register item will appear at the top of the grid.

You will also see details such as responsible persons, who created the item, and other relevant information.
By following these steps, you will successfully add a new item to the system.
